How do I log in?

Enter your User Name and Password and click Log In. If you have already logged in from www.businessgrouphealth.org, you do not need to log in again.

How do I register for an event?

When you locate the event you wish to attend, click the "Register" button. You must be logged in to register. The system will prompt you to log in if needed. Input the necessary information to complete registration. 

For live events, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration with instructions on how to access the event, day-of. For on-demand events, register and view recordings immediately. Registered events will be located in "My Dashboard."

Who is eligible to register for events?

Only Business Group on Health members are eligible to register and attend an event or webinar. Check out our Membership Criteria to see if you qualify.

Where do I find all the events I attended/registered for?

After logging in, you will see "My Dashboard" in the side menu. All events you have registered for will appear on this page. You can use the filter feature to narrow the results. 

What is the difference between Live and On-Demand events?

Business Group on Health members can register for both live and on-demand events. Live events will begin at a specific time and members can register to attend in advance. These events usually have a member participation element. On-demand event recordings can be viewed at any time. 

What are the events in my "Cart"?

You will see "Cart" in the side menu. Events that have started registration will be added to your cart. Once registration is completed by the user, these events will move to your dashboard. Some events have additional questions that must be answered to complete registration.

How do I qualify for CEUs?

Business Group on Health events and webinars can qualify for continuing education credits. As different organizations have unique qualifications for continuing education credits, the attendee must self-report their credit hours for qualifying sessions. Attendees can download a Certificate of Participation directly from the event page.

A few examples of continuing education credits the sessions can qualify for are Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) continuing education credits.
