Despite continued investments in benefits and well-being programs, many employers still struggle to engage the individuals who may benefit from them most.  

Join your peers to share how your company is identifying and reaching employees who may be missed by traditional engagement strategies. Participants are encouraged to share ongoing challenges, successes and lessons learned, including:    

- Delivering targeted, timely messaging through the right channels 

- Leveraging managers, ERGs, well-being champions and other trusted messengers to connect with low-engaged populations  

- Creating meaningful opportunities to drive awareness and utilization of benefits and well-being resources across all employees, especially those harder to reach 

These employer-to-employer sessions are intended to be highly interactive and provide an opportunity for employer members of Business Group on Health to exchange practical ideas and learn from one another's experiences.
